Where serious AI SaaS deals get done
Verified metrics
MRR, ARR, growth and churn checked on every listing, not just claimed.
Vetted buyers only
Buyers are capital-qualified before they ever see the data room.
Escrow-backed closes
Funds and code or asset transfer protected end to end.
Why Buyouts
A serious deal room for AI SaaS, not a yard sale
Every other venue is either a noisy generalist marketplace or a slow, opaque broker. Buyouts is built specifically for AI software: verified metrics, vetted buyers, sane multiples, and escrow on every close.
Real deals, verified metrics
Every listing shows MRR, ARR, growth, churn, margin and stack, checked, not just claimed. No tire-kicker noise, no mystery numbers, no dead side-projects dressed up as businesses.
Vetted buyers, real price discovery
Sellers reach a pool of capital-qualified buyers instead of one lowball offer, so your AI SaaS finds a competitive, fair price the market sets.
Built for AI SaaS
Multiples, stack vetting, and buyers who understand inference margins, model dependencies and an AI moat, not a generic flippers listing wall.
Escrow on every deal
Funds, code, accounts and customer data move through protected escrow with a clean transfer, safe for both sides through close.
List in minutes, close with confidence
Add your metrics, set your asking price and multiple, and go live to vetted buyers. We handle the deal flow, you decide who to sell to.
How it works
Buy or sell an AI SaaS in three steps
List with verified metrics, let vetted buyers browse and request access, then close in escrow. Both sides move on real numbers, not promises.
List with verified metrics
Founders add MRR, ARR, growth, churn and stack and set an asking price and multiple. We verify the numbers and badge the listing.
Vetted buyers browse and request access
Capital-qualified buyers filter by category, price and MRR, open the metrics breakdown, and request the data room on the deals they want.
Close in escrow
Agree terms, move funds and assets through protected escrow, and transfer the business cleanly. You stay in control of who you sell to.

Verification and escrow
What "verified" actually means here
Two things decide whether a marketplace is worth using: how the numbers get checked before a listing goes live, and how money and assets change hands at the close. Here is exactly how both work.
Metrics are checked at the source
A listing is not published on our numbers, it is published on the seller's. We ask for read-only proof, the billing account for MRR and ARR, analytics for traffic, and books for margin, and reconcile it against what the seller entered. If the proof does not match the claim, the listing does not get the verified mark.
Buyers are screened before the data room
Access to full financials is not open to anyone with an email address. Buyers state their budget and acquisition intent, and a seller approves each data-room request individually. You choose who sees your internals.
Escrow holds the money until transfer is clean
On close, buyer funds go into a licensed third-party escrow account, not to us and not straight to the seller. Code, repositories, domains, billing and customer accounts transfer, both sides confirm the handover, and only then does escrow release. If the transfer fails, the funds go back.
Deal cards shown on this page are an illustration of the listing format, not live listings. Buyouts is a marketplace, not a broker or adviser, and nothing here is financial or investment advice.
